Where does Gebenco deliver?+
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK, write to hello@gebenco.com before placing an order and we will confirm what is possible for your destination.
When will my order arrive?+
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 working days. Delivery usually follows within 7–14 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email once your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?+
Tracking details are included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 7 working days of placing your order, contact hello@gebenco.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
Orders are processed promptly, so contact hello@gebenco.com as soon as possible if you need to change an address or cancel before dispatch. Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected: for most online purchases, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Can I return an item?+
Yes. For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. Original packaging is helpful but not required. You arrange and pay change-of-mind return postage; Gebenco covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Please contact hello@gebenco.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where practical, clear photographs of the packaging and item. Prompt notice helps us investigate, but a 48-hour reporting window does not limit your statutory rights.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?+
Not currently. All orders arrive in our standard protective packaging.
How do I choose the right piece?+
Start by measuring the height, width, and depth of the space you are working with. Each product page includes full dimensions and material details. If you are still unsure, email hello@gebenco.com and we are happy to help you think through the best starting point.
What materials do you use?+
Materials vary by product and are listed on each product page. Where relevant, we note finishes, certifications, and care guidance. Our aim is to select pieces that are honest in their construction and made to last.
How can I contact the studio?+
