About these terms

These terms apply to your use of gebenco.com and to any order you place through the website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you have a question, contact us before placing an order.

Products and prices

We take care to describe products, dimensions, materials, and colours accurately. Small variations can occur between on-screen representations and physical materials. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Orders are processed promptly. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change a delivery address or cancel before dispatch, and we will do our best to help. Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for that item.

Delivery

Delivery information, estimated timings, and any applicable charges are set out on our Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates. Circumstances outside our control — including carrier delays — may affect them.

Returns and your right to cancel

For most online purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You are responsible for arranging and paying change-of-mind return postage. Gebenco pays reasonable return or collection costs for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods.

You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. Original packaging is helpful but is not required to exercise your cancellation right. We may make an appropriate deduction only if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has diminished the goods' value.

Refunds include the price paid and, where applicable, our least expensive standard delivery charge. Full instructions, refund timing, the model cancellation form, and contact details are on our Returns page.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or other applicable UK consumer law.

Website use

Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce our content — including writing, photography, brand assets, and design — for commercial use without permission. Our content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where we have been negligent or where required by consumer protection law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, though if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, with the date of the most recent revision shown above.
